Summary
[1ST SUBTITLE]: "Representatives of the Allied Nations, attend the latest War Council in Paris." [2ND SUBTITLE]: "FRANCE M BRIAND PREMIER". Medium shot of Briand coming down steps of building and entering a car. [3RD SUBTITLE]:"FRANCE GENERAL ROQUES WAR MINISTER AND GENERAL JOFFRE". Face-on view of Roques and Joffre walking along a street with a small crowd of civilians following behind them. [4TH SUBTITLE]: "GREAT BRITAIN MR HH ASQUITH PREMIER AND SIR EDWARD GREY". Asquith and Grey and third man come down same steps as in opening shot and enter a car. [5TH SUBTITLE]: "GREAT BRITAIN LORD KITCHENER WAR MINISTER". Kitchener standing on top of the steps. He looks at the camera with displeasure, turns away, then looks again. [6TH SUBTITLE]: "RUSSIA M ISOVOLSKY AMBASSADOR". He gets out of a car and goes up the steps. [7TH SUBTITLE]: "RUSSIA GENERAL GILINSKY". He likewise gets out of a car and goes up the steps. [8TH SUBTITLE]: "ITALY SIGNOR SALANDRA PREMIER AND BARON SONNINO". Group of men talking together at the top of the steps, before going towards a waiting car. [9TH SUBTITLE]: "ITALY GENERAL CADORNA". Two military men walking along pavement. One asks directions of a gendarme standing by some large iron gates, and they continue on their way past the camera. [10TH SUBTITLE]: "BELGIUM BARON BROQUEVILLE". He comes up the steps from his car. [11TH SUBTITLE]: "SERBIA M PACHITCH PREMIER". He stands at the doorway above the steps, then walks towards the camera.
