Summary
Pathe synopsis: It’s surprising how much influence art has on food preparation. There’s plenty of artistry in the kitchens of London’s only traditional Japanese restaurant. Chief chef Kusama Toshio gets to work on a hors d’oeuvres showpiece, and who could dispute his sculptural abilities even though he carves a cockerel from a slab of sweet potato, and flowers are fashioned from carrots and radishes.
