Summary

Pathe synopsis: Mr Turner of Hounslow has built a model of his inspiration. As a lad, the sight of the old travelling fairground roundabouts inspired him to become an engineer. Now he’s built a beautiful, gaily coloured replica of a turn of the century carousel.
