Summary
Pathe synopsis: From a gamewarden’s lorry the Marquess of Bath surveys his latest Longleat pride - a pride of lions which, with the help of the Chipperfield family, he leaves to roam in a hundred-acre big game reserve in the heart of Wiltshire. Forty-six hungry lions are quite a sight at feeding time - and they get a meals-on-wheels service from the back of a truck. It’s also quite an eyefull seeing Richard Chipperfield casually romping with a big cat, or sister Mary pampering seven-week old Major, bottle-fed, but not shy when it comes to telling an alsatian just who deserves the lion’s share.
