- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Why hit a golf ball with a six-foot mechanical club, fire it out of a gun with a 120 mph punch then chart its flight with measuring tape? It’s the intricate process carried out by a Liverpool factory to make sure the Sunday morning putter has the same chance as Arnold Palmer where the ball’s concerned. The story starts with a gooey core of elastic paste and ends with a sheen of plastic paint...and those dimples on the surface have a job to do too. So don’t blame the ball, the bogey’s in your swing.
