Summary
Pathe synopsis: The Royal Engineers diving team, experts in river reconnaissance and demolition, are training for an experiment in underwater living. A special perspex dome was built to allow divers to eat and breathe in this air-lock beneath the main pool at the London Boat Show. It’s a strange sensation, living in this water-tight world, and one which Pic cameraman Stan Goozee actually dived down to explore.
