The Meeting was addresses by Mr Frank Owen, Editor of the Evening Standard, Lt John Dugdale, Labour MP for West Bromwich, and General Gough. The Soviet representative was Rear Admiral Karlamov. SHOTLIST: No dope available. Various platform speeches in England by personalities unknown. Shots of a Red Square parade in the snow.
