Summary

Pathe synopsis: Scooters. Hundreds of them, all assembled for an International Rally which brought a carnival atmosphere to the Essex seaside town of Southend. After a mass drive down the front, all the riders took part in a series of events - some serious and difficult - others a little more light-hearted. But they’re all worth watching.
