- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: A model car in a 100-mile-an-hour wind tunnel is just one of the tests at a Warwickshire laboratory to determine the safety of glass at high speeds. Windscreen wipers are carefully checked to study their efficiency to deal with oil smears and splashes and there’s a novel William Tell apparatus which fires steel balls at the vulnerable glass windshields they use on diesel trains. The effect is shattering - on your mind, but not on this safety glass.
