Summary
Pathe synopsis: Lads at the Old Alloynian (48th Camberwell) Troop enthusiastically greeted Chief Scout Sir Charles MacLean, who had left his Scottish castle to hand out quite a few Queen’s Scout certificates at their Dulwich College headquarters in south London. And on to a display of Scouting activities - including a tough trek cart race. Which all goes to prove that the spirit of Baden-Powell still survives in this modern mechanical world of ours.
