Summary
Pathe synopsis: Young Brian Jones ran away to join a circus three times. In the face of such enthusiasm, Billy Smart promised him a job as soon as he left school. Now Brian is probably Britain’s youngest clown ["Bingo"], and already he’s providing laughs a-plenty.
