Summary
Pathe synopsis: A visit to one of the most modern comprehensive schools in the country at Downham, Kent, to see the "new look" in present-day education at first hand. Among other items are a first-class metalwork shop, a battery of 36 new typewriters for instruction, and a domestic science class where pupils prepare an appetising meal, then invite their parents in to sample it!
