Summary

Pathe synopsis: To throw some light on a little-known craft we go behind the scenes at the candle-making factory in Battersea, London. From a giant candle, about 12 feet high, we graduate down the scale to tapers, used to enhance flower arrangement. The variety of fancy designs and colours have to be seen to be appreciated.
