Summary
Pathe synopsis: Building castles in the air is a common enough habit, but have you ever heard of a house in the clouds? Well, in Suffolk we visit the seven-bedroomed house of Capt. Harold Ridge, of the US Air Force. The house (much nearer the clouds than any other dwelling in the district) is in fact a water tower which supplies the neighbouring cottages.
