Summary
Pathe synopsis: The current craze for hula-hooping is catching on in a very big way - an elephantine way, in fact. At Billy Smart’s Circus, Monja the elephant swings an outsize hoop on outsize hips. Pioneer, a baby elephant, takes lessons from Sacha Coco the clown - the result is no tribute to the clown’s teaching abilities.
