Summary
Pathe synopsis: A lesser-known aspect of the work of the officers of HM Customs and Excise is the not unpleasant-sounding one of supervising bonded warehouses up and down the country. But the sight of butts of over-proof Scotch being poured down the drain (at the rate of £11,000 a minute) is likely to depress even the most experienced Customs Officer. However, there is no real need to worry - it goes straight into a blending vat.
