Summary

Pathe synopsis: Throughout the ages women have adorned their heads with (in the masculine eye) frivolities ranging from the bizarre to the downright hideous. At a Mayfair salon, however, are a group of men who are working on the problem and are bringing beauty to exotic wigs, made by hand, and hair adornments which must be seen to be believed.
