Summary
Pathe synopsis: We introduce a man whose life is one long treasure hunt. It does not involve pirate’s treasure on desert islands, but takes place in Nottingham, where Mr JW Popple is in charge of the art restoration department. Sometimes when cleaning an old painting, Mr Popple finds another (sometimes valuable) painting underneath.
