Summary
Pathe synopsis: A prominent lady from Paris, 16-stone Mag Cornou, President of the French Large Girls Club, is seen (quite clearly) launching the Large Girls Club of Britain. Qualifications for membership include a hip size of over 41 inches and a good dress sense. The ceremony is held at Woburn Abbey, home of the Duke of Bedford, a gracious setting for spacious ladies.
