Summary
Pathe synopsis: At Abbey House Museum, Kirkstall, near Leeds, we see a brilliantly reconstructed version of the Leeds of Yestserday. Two lifelike streets of the 18th and 19th centuries hum with activities which have now disappeared: the blacksmith, the wheelwright and the weaver’s trade are all depicted exactly as they were.
