Summary
Pathe synopsis: In the words of the old song it’s "boots, boots, boots" all right, but here they are not marching up and down again - in fact they are remarkably static. For the Boot Inn at Vernham Dene, Hampshire, really lives up to its name; from the inn sign (an old Indian Army boot) we work downwards via Wellington boots, football boots, a delicate Florentine china boot, and an elegant silver one, to one that you can drink out of - once you have got the knack.
