Summary

Pathe synopsis: You find it difficult to give your dog enough exercise? Well, meet one man who has solved the problem: Mr Beagley of south London, and he has 200 of them. Mr Beagley has turned his house into a transit camp for unwanted dogs until he can find them a new home. One day a small boy asked if he could take a dog for a walk; the next day the boy brought his friends; and the following day the friends brought their friends....
