Summary
Pathe synopsis: Ladywell field in the grounds of Lancing College in Sussex has a stream which runs right across it and this plays a very important part in the college’s newest sport - the Ladywell Game. This game, invented by the head boy, is an exciting blend of many games - a bit of soccer, a dash of rugby, a leavening of lacrosse, a spot of netball, and some water polo. This is probably the only game in the world where water on the pitch is regarded as an asset.
