Summary
Pathe synopsis: Did you know that 2,500 million bananas are eaten in this country every year? The fruit of the wise men, as the banana used to be called when it grew wild in India, is today widely cultivated and nowhere more efficiently than in Jamaica. This visit to a banana plantation reveals all the care and treatment which the fruit receives before it reaches our tables.
