Summary

Pathe synopsis: Making models from the metal caps of beer bottles is the unusual hobby of Chris Camron, a bartender at a country inn in Kent. This craftsman uses only material which he finds in the bar - the caps, pieces of wire, and even broken darts, yet the figures made from these odds and ends can truthfully be described as the "tops".
