- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Anglo-Soviet Agreement. DESCRIPTION: Stalin himself was present at the historic signing. Mr Molotov signed for Russia and Sir Stafford Cripps, our Ambassador, for Britain. SHOTLIST: In Moscow, the Anglo-Soviet Pact is signed by M Molotov for the Soviets and by Sir Stafford Cripps for Great Britain. Present were M Stalin and the heads of the British Military Mission. After the signing Sir Stafford Cripps talks with M Molotov through the medium of an interpreter.
