MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Derby, 1941. DESCRIPTION: The Derby was run at Newmarket and despite the lack of petrol the attendance was large. The race was won by ‘Owen Tudor’. SHOTLIST: Shots of the thousands of cars parked at Newmarket. Shots of the race which was won by Nevett on "Owen Tudor" with "Morogoro" and "Firoze Din" in the next two places.
