- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The King of Kings Returns to Addis Ababa. DESCRIPTION: Haile Selassie, Emperor of Ethiopia returns in triumph to Addis Ababa. The Negus goes to give thanks for the freedom of his country at the Church of the Virgin Mary, Mount Entotto. SHOTLIST: Headed by a British Colonel on horseback comes the procession which brings the Emperor of Abyssinia back to his heritage. At Mount Entotto the Negus leaves his car to worship at the church of the Virgin Mary. As the procession proceeds again native warriors do obeisance in typical style. Then at the Palace the Negus is welcomed by General Cunningham. After the inspection of the Guard the Emperor addresses the crowd. Inside the Palace he sits at the desk which has belonged to the Duke of Aosta for so long.
