- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ex-US Destroyers - Second Batch. DESCRIPTION: The ex-American destroyers are still arriving to swell the British Navy. SHOTLIST: Shots of the destroyers being boarded and the White Ensign being run-up. Various shots on the way back when practice is carried out with guns, torpedo tubes and anti-aircraft equipments. Cuts only show the crews on their way over to take delivery of the vessels. Also March past Admiral Bonham Carter (of Zeebrugge). Captain Sims and American officers. Shots of the "Nieu Amsterdam" leaving harbour. Also a story Canada carrying on. This includes shots of the RCAF in training with "Hudson" planes, etc.
