Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sumner Welles in England. DESCRIPTION: After visiting Rome, Berlin and Paris, President Roosevelt’s fact finder arrives in Britain. SHOTLIST: Mr Welles arrives by plane and is greeted by Mr Kennedy and Sir Alexander Cadogan. They drive away to the Embassy. Later they drive to the Foreign Office and from there to Buckingham Palace. After this No 10 is visited.
