In Geneva, the truce is signed that brings the 7 1/2 year old war in Indo-China to an end. Back to Paris flies M. Mendes France, the French Premier, who wa the architect of the armistice. Into London comes Mr Eden whose superb statesmanship enabled the Conference to reach its happy conclusion
