Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Snow and Cold in Paris. DESCRIPTION: The French capital has it’s heaviest snowfall for many years. SHOTLIST: The Arc de Triomphe is snow-covered and the Bois looks like a polar landscape. Blocks of ice float down the Seine and canals are frozen and the boats trapped. The ice is cracked away from them without much success. In the parks skaters enjoy themselves and Mlle Clericette gives an exhibition. Snow In Paris - CARD 38039 Paris is under snow and little children snowball. In the Bois skiers are towed behind motor cars.
