MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Gun Testing at Shoeburyness. DESCRIPTION: New big guns are tested at Shoeburyness. SHOTLIST: At Shoeburyness, gun tests are carried out. First a double machine gun is fired at a target and then a howitzer is fired through a frame to test for velocity. The biggest gun is a naval one of 17 inch calibre which fires at an armoured plated target.
