MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: HMS "Courageous" Survivors. DESCRIPTION: The sailors are welcomed home. SHOTLIST: Crowds wait outside the dockyard to welcome the survivors, and large numbers of people swarm round the men who read out the lists of survivors in the streets. When the sailors come ashore they are ecstatically welcomed. Stoker George Horne. Chief Petty Officer Leek (with his wife) and Bandsman Hayes of the Royal Marines tell their experiences.
