Summary
The electric-eye camera in use in this country for first time. Finishes of dog races are strip-photographed. Slow motion pictures of race and close-ups of device. Also first pictures of the fraud detector. Unscrupulous punters have been altering their betting tickets in attempt to trick the Tote. Now a machine verifies the tickets before paying out.
