Summary
A US Navy blimp in flight demonstrates a novel form of air-sea rescue. Hovering over an airman who is in the sea, a dinghy is lowered together with a rescuer. The airman swims to the dinghy helped aboard by the rescuer and they are hauled from the sea by the blimp. Chinese Air Force planes in flight forming the initials CAF and September the first in Chinese (this date is the 15th anniversary of the Chinese Air Force). The pilots are then inspected by a Chinese officer.
