Summary

SHOTLIST: Prime Ministers of the Empire arrive at an airport in Britain for the first Imperial Conference of the War. First camera interview is with Canada’s Mackenzie King who says how glad he and his party are to be here. Next is Field Marshal Smuts, then Sir Godfrey Huggins from South Rhodesia, Mr Peter Fraser of New Zealand and Mr John Curtin of Australia. In the garden of No 10 Mr Churchill and members of the War Cabinet pose with the Prime Ministers, and interior shots show the conference about to start. Good CU Churchill smiling.
