Barrie Cookson

Barrie Cookson is credited as commentator for issues of the technicolor series Roundabout (1962-1974) which was made by Associated British Pathe and sponsored by the Foreign Office [qv], Commonwealth Relations Office [qv] and Colonial Office [qv] for distribution in South and South-East Asia. One of his earliest credits is for ‘GIBRALTAR’ Roundabout No.10, released ‘RUBBER RESEARCH’ Roundabout No.26, released July 1964. He is also provided the commentary for another COI cinemagazine Parade (1963-1973), his earliest credit being ‘GIBRALTAR’ Parade No. 10, released in July 1964.
