Career
Frances Nelson was a writer/researcher for the ‘New Commonwealth’ versions of London Line (1964-1978), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv]. These editions were shown in countries which had recently joined the Commonwealth, primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. She worked one some of the earlier issues such as, ‘Computer Control of Traffic’ London Line No.235, released in 1969.
