Granville Studios

Granville Studios made some issues of London Line (1964-1978), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] initially for the Commonwealth Relations Office [qv]. These films were shown throughout the Commonwealth in two editions, ‘Old Commonwealth’, for countries that had recently joined primarily Africa and the Caribbean and ‘New Commonwealth’, which included more established members such as Canada and Australia. One of the company’s earliest credits is ‘PREHISTORIC MAN’ London Line No.4, released in 1964.
