Rooney Pelletier presented ‘Art and the Community’, Commonwealth Teleview No.5 [1957], a series produced by the Central Office of Information [COI], initially for distribution in Canada. In this issue Pelletier interviewed the Secretary General of the Arts Council, Sir William Williams.
