Primal Pictures has created the only complete and medically accurate 3D model of the human anatomy. It is derived from genuine medical scan data that has been interpreted by a team of anatomists and then translated into three-dimensional images by a team of graphics specialists. The anatomy visuals are accompanied by three-dimensional animations that demonstrate function, biomechanics and surgical procedures. To supplement the core three-dimensional anatomy data are clinical videos and text written by leading medical specialists. Resources are grouped in the areas of acupuncture, anatomy & physiology, dentistry, detailed human anatomy, functional anatomy, head & neck, pelvic floor, pilates, radiology, real time anatomy, speech language pathology, spine, sports & therapy, surgery, urology. of software is unique because of its accuracy and detail. The resources are available online to subscribers via Athens/Shibboleth login, or for sale on DVD-ROM.
Part of the Internet Archive, which also covers archived moving images (The Internet Moving Images Archive), audio and software, the Wayback Machine holds cached versions of thousands of websites and billions of pages, allowing users to look at sites that are no longer available or at earlier versions of ones that are still around. An invaluable resource that, due to the gigantic nature of the holdings, is slightly hampered by the fact that no list of the holdings can be easily provided. This means inevitably that correct recall of the URL in question is necessary, or failing that, searching for it on the web first.
