This site allows one to dissect a digitised frog named Fluffy organ by organ, and is available in eight languages (though not all translations are equally good). A movie option using Real allows the user to make the frog rotate in three dimensions in any chosen direction.

Previously known as People’s Archive is a service "dedicated to collecting for posterity the stories of the great thinkers and creators of our time". Currently it features detailed interviews with biologists, filmmakers, physicists, mathematicians and craftsmen from various fields. Oddly all the interview subjects were initially male currently, but presumably this was coincidental and is slowly being addressed - currently there are interviews with Diana Athill, Dorothy Hodgkin, Paula Rego, Denise Scott Brown and Gitta Sereny. The archive currently contains over 200 items totaling over 100 hours. The clips have been very well encoded. A well organised resource which is very effectively segmented, it offers good transcriptions of all interviews and provides valuable oral histories. Subdivided into Remarkable People and Great Lives, with the latter organised into Arts, Politics and Science.

Time-lapse recordings that illustrate the morphogenesis of Zebra fish embryos are also available. All the images appear in black and white and are available in both QuickTime and Native MPEG formats. A three-year expedition has been undertaken by the ship, Odyssey to gather the first ever baseline data on levels of synthetic contaminants throughout the world’s oceans. It will use whales, albatrosses and pelagic fish as indicator species for measuring the health of the seas. The website provides oral reports and commentary from events in the journey so far and the sound quality provided by RealPlayer is excellent. The section ‘Interactive Ocean’ allows visitors to enter and tour the Odyssey, hear sounds of animals from the oceans and a look through the bowcam, a camera mounted at the bottom of the ship. Periodic film reports are also made from the Odyssey. These include short documentaries on marine animals and plants around the globe. Documentaries are also given on filming techniques and environmental issues.
