Synopsis
The aim of this DVD is to build understanding of how debates on climate change play out in two very different countries, namely Bangladesh, a low lying country that is heavily afflicted by poverty, and one of the wealthiest countries in the world, the United Kingdom.

Adapting to Climate Change 1: Khulna district, Bangladesh. This video examines the efforts of communities in Bangladesh to adapt to the increasing salinisation of river water caused in part by climate change.

Adapting to climate change 2: The Thames Gateway, UK. This video examines how public authorities in Kent are preparing for the possibility of sea level rise.
