- This film explores the key areas of modern lifestyles that potentially can take the most toll on our health and wellbeing, including diet, exercise, smoking, alcohol and other drugs, and stress. Commentary is provided by a range of experts, including hospital doctors Sarah Watson and Jem Lane, dietician Isobel Goodman, social worker Ben Hoskins, personal trainer Eve Rogers, Christine Daniels from the Camden Drug and Alcohol Service and smoking cessation advisor Ross Hanson.
