Video recording of a lecture by Professor Robert Darnton, University Librarian at Harvard University, on the development of the Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) and how the US experience can inform developments in the UK. The lecture was organised by JISC and SCONUL and held at The Royal Society on 17/1/2012. The 60-minute lecture is followed by a 50-minute Q&A session.
