Synopsis
The ability to properly apply high-quality coaptation to small animal patients is an essential skill for the practising veterinarian. This DVD-CD combination utilises video and high-detail photography to demonstrate application of some of the most commonly used bandages, slings, splints and casts used in veterinary practice. It demonstrates how to properly apply a 90-90 sling to reduce the risk of quadriceps contracture for a puppy with a distal femoral fracture; a simple trick to improve the ability of your Ehmer Sling to maintain hip abduction; an easy cast application trick to simplify the removal of Velpeau Slings and Spica. Over 60 minutes of video footage and matching illustrated notes.
