An independent Australian film which highlights how the food we eat affects personal health and the environment. Based on studies by some of the world’s experts on nutrition that suggest the state of health within our world and of our earth is at a point of desperation. The programme debunks the myths about affluent diseases and climate change and provides the tools that could help improve the quality of life for us and for the environment.
