Notte di Mezza Estate a Daisy Town, Una

Synopsis
Eight-part western series made for Italian television and based on the popular Belgian/French comic strip Lucky Luke created by Morris. The Dalton brothers, serving time in prison, present ‘highlights from Shakespeare’ to the inmates. Impressed with the performance, saloon owner Lotta Legs (Morgan) arranges for a repeat performance in Daisy Town which she hopes will inspire the man she loves, sheriff Lucky Luke (Hill) to return her affections. A gypsy and her love potion provide the impetus for amorous pairings. The brothers are seen on stage in scenes from Hamlet (`alas, poor Yorick’) and the balcony scene from Romeo and Juliet, and Orsino’s opening speech from Twelfth Night.
