- The transmission was interactive. Viewers were encouraged to ‘press red on the handset’ to access a specially written commentary by Professor Kiernan Ryan. Several video recordings, using three cameras, were made of the performances at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and these may be viewed by researchers by appointment.
